Visage Imaging releases new enterprise imaging platform upgrade at SIIM

Visage Imaging released its latest version of the Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform at the annual meeting of the Society of Imaging Informatics and Management (SIIM) held in Aurora, CO, in June. Visage 7.1.14 is now available globally, according to the San Diego-headquartered company.

Visage 7.1.14 has 120 enhancements. These include:

  • Comprehensive One Viewer support for multi-modality enterprise viewing, including visible light photographs, videos, and clinical documentation, such as examination reports, or other documents in encapsulated PDF.
  • Enhanced support for combined multi-accession reports.
  • Enhanced support and flexibility for complex multi-identifier-domain environments. This includes sophisticated pre-fetching scenarios from VNAs and legacy PACS archives based on alternative patient IDs.
  • Scripted interface for automatically populating custom fields in Nuance PowerScribe 360 reports from Visage 7 during interpretation workflow.
  • ‘Conference mode’ for convenient access to imaging studies and saved sessions for training, conferences, and tumor boards.
  • Further load performance optimization for the latest high-resolution digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) imaging studies
  • Hover report preview, report display without images, ‘clean mode’ for maximum image display,multiple new measurement tools, and image manipulation tools.
