Nanox and Monarch Partner to Expand Access to Advanced Imaging Across U.S. Care Settings
NANO-X IMAGING LTD today announced a strategic collaboration between its U.S. subsidiary Nanox Impact Inc. and Monarch Medical Management and Billing LLC, a healthcare management organization with deep industry ties. The partnership will introduce Nanox’s imaging technologies across multiple care settings, including workers’ compensation, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics.
Under the agreement, Nanox will establish a dedicated imaging network within Monarch’s affiliated facilities. The initial proof-of-concept phase will include more than a dozen sites, with plans for a nationwide rollout following successful implementation.
Patients across Monarch’s network will gain access to Nanox’s end-to-end imaging platform, which combines the Nanox.ARC—a 3D digital tomosynthesis system—with AI-driven image analysis and teleradiology services. The technology is designed to identify early signs of chronic conditions, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and provide faster access to actionable results.
“This collaboration addresses critical imaging access challenges across multiple healthcare segments by providing faster access to high-quality imaging services that can accelerate accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions,” said Erez Meltzer, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chairman of Nanox. “Working with Monarch marks another important step in the U.S. expansion of our Nanox.ARC system and supports our vision of democratizing advanced imaging.”
Monarch, which has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management, sees the partnership as an extension of its commitment to integrated, patient-centered care. “The integration of Nanox’s advanced imaging technology is an exciting expansion of the comprehensive healthcare solutions we provide,” said Nydia Soriano, CEO of Monarch. “Nanox’s emphasis on early disease detection and preventive care aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver better outcomes across the diverse populations we serve.”
The collaboration will directly benefit a range of patient populations, from workers’ compensation claimants requiring dedicated imaging services to nursing home residents and outpatient clinic patients who often face delays in accessing advanced imaging. By combining AI-powered diagnostics, portable imaging, and remote radiology services, the partnership aims to streamline care pathways while improving both efficiency and outcomes.
This initiative builds on Nanox’s broader U.S. strategy to expand the availability of the Nanox.ARC and associated technologies across community-based care environments where timely access to imaging is often limited.
