  • the CXR lat view looks like parenchymal mass...the CT shows it to be posterior mediastinal (forming acute angles with the adjacent lung)...however in any scenario bronchogenic cyst is an unlikely diagnosis...was it histopath proven ?...i would favor a scwannoma
